We are currently looking for a Head of Education, who will lead the team of curriculum designers, cooperate with the decision-makers of the company, and become one of them as well as define educational content strategy.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Build a team of learning experts, curriculum developers, and course designers to improve learning strategies throughout our products
  • Together with a team, design comprehensive curricula and courses for kids aged 2-8 incorporating subjects like Math, ABC, STEM, Arts, Physical Activity, etc.
  • Review existing curricula and write a comprehensive summary reports covering strengths and weaknesses as well as advice for improvement
  • Review the way the curriculum is implemented in the app and find educational gaps
  • Present the findings to the Content Production and Game Design Teams
  • Cooperate with Content Production and Game Designer Teams to align content with the curriculum
  • Provide comprehensive advisory services and workshops for your team as needed
  • Delivering engaging, efficacious content that helps learners develop and learn
  • Stay abreast of educational trends and best practices in the field of early childhood development
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to facilitate quality content development


  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Education and/or Early Childhood Development
  • 5+ years of experience as a curriculum designer
  • Proven track record of educational courses developed for kids aged 3-5
  • People management skills
  • Excellent subject knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience working in the E-learning industries
  • The ability to critically analyze informational and promotional content
  • Self-motivated leader, team player
  • A high level of flexibility and creativity
